Please provide the following:
Submit all documents via email to utilitybilling@ci.eureka.ca.gov or to the Customer Service Counter in City Hall.
Deposit and non-refundable processing fee of $34.00 due at sign-up. Deposits begin at $130.00, and increase according to meter size. Deposits are credited back to the account after 12 consecutive on-time payments.
We make our best efforts to provide same-day service, but the process may take up to one business day to complete.

Contact the Customer Service Counter, in person, by phone at (707) 441-4267 or via email utilitybilling@ci.eureka.ca.gov, and provide the water shut off date and forwarding address. The City of Eureka is required to post a water shut off notice one business day before service ends in most instances.
If there is a deposit on the account, it will be applied to the closing bill, and any remainder will be issued as a refund.
